Lawren Sample

WARDROBE STYLIST @ MARGARET MALDONADO   Lawren was born in the great state of Mississippi. She found as much fashion as she could in Mississippi, but when the fashion magazines and the most upscale store (yes there was only one) couldn’t appease her appetite for the aesthetically pleasing, Lawren had to get out of Jackson. At the age of 16, she moved to England in order to get immersed in an international hotbed of fashion. This trip lead to the epiphany that if fashion wasn’t her life, then she didn’t have one. Returning to the states she knew exactly what she needed to be doing.

By the time she was 18, Lawren was working in the costume department on several feature films. This experience transitioned into working with such amazing stylists as Andrea Lieberman and Arianne Philips. Together with whom she dressed such celebrities as The Rolling Stones, Madonna, Jennifer Lopez, Brittany Spears, Cameron Diaz, Demi Moore, Drew Barrymore, etc. (the list really does go on, and this bio doesn’t have enough room for it).

Lawren is currently staying busy working with A-list celebrities in mediums ranging anywhere from advertisement, to editorial and covers, to commercials, to music videos and public appearances. Some of her most recent clients include Christina Hendricks, Mariah, Carey, Ashton Kutcher, Matt Damon, Jane Lynch, Lykke Li, The Black Keys, and many, many more.
